Dynasty Law & Investment acted as a legal advisor to a foreign manufacturer that intends to sell its own products on the territory of Ukraine and the countries of the European Union.

A comprehensive legal opinion was presented to the Client, which includes an analysis of patents registered both in Ukraine and worldwide, which may be relevant to the Client's products, and a number of recommendations were provided regarding how to better organize the implementation of the Client's project without infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties persons
