The specialists of Dynasty Law & Investment defended in court the rights and interests of a client who was held administratively liable in the form of an administrative penalty in the amount of almost UAH 3,000,000.00.
Operational actions, a successfully developed defense strategy, and the applied litigation tactics convinced the court that the resolutions on the imposition of fines are unfounded and do not meet the requirements of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine, since the circumstances that would testify that the client's actions constitute an offense for which administrative liability is established by law.
