As part of the experimental project, from February 1, 2023, the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (Action Portal) will allow the use of e-Documents about education, such as:
• a document on basic secondary education;
• document on complete general secondary education;
• a document on professional (vocational and technical) education;
• a document on professional preliminary education;
• document on higher education (degree).
The above follows from Resolution No. 1242 dated November 4, 2022, by which the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine obliged the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Digital Transformation within a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution (from January 1, 2023) to ensure the technical possibility for the formation and application of e-Documents about education by means of the Unified state web portal of electronic services using the mobile application of the Diya Portal.
Undoubtedly, future changes are not only about convenience, but also about simplifying life in general, since during 265 days of full-scale armed aggression of Russia, many citizens of Ukraine lost their documents, including those about education. There are many reasons - they were forgotten at home during evacuation, they were left in temporarily occupied cities, or in general, the documents were simply destroyed due to enemy shelling, and there is only one solution.
