Protecting a subsoil user's rights
Provided full legal support for the purchase and sale of a special subsoil-use permit and the corresponding changes to the State Register of Special Permits. As a result, the rights of the bona fide acquirer were protected, an unlawful order was cancelled and the change of the permit holder was secured.
Protecting a real-estate investor's interests
Provided comprehensive support for terminating a contract with a developer without any penalties for the client. Despite active resistance from the developer, full enforcement of the court decisions was secured, with UAH 15 million returned to the client, plus 3% annual interest and inflationary losses recovered.
Defending honour, dignity and business reputation
Represented a client in a case concerning the spread of false information on Facebook and TikTok. Thanks to a carefully built body of evidence, the court granted the claim and found the information to violate the client's honour, dignity and business reputation.
