A landmark dispute before the Supreme Court
Represented TEP "Horizont" LLC in a dispute over compensation for losses and additional costs related to wagon idle time. The Supreme Court ultimately upheld the decision in the client's favour, fully protecting its interests. The amount in dispute was USD 1 million.
Defending a national producer in an anti-dumping investigation
Provided comprehensive support for an anti-dumping investigation on behalf of Axor Industry LLC. The investigation resulted in a definitive anti-dumping duty of 35%, protecting Ukraine's only manufacturer of window hardware for a five-year period.
Protecting importers of medical devices
Represented the largest importer of medical syringes in Ukraine in a special trade investigation. As a result, the client's interests were fully protected and the investigation ended without any special duties being imposed.
Ukrposhta's logistics complex construction project
Provided comprehensive legal support for the construction of Ukrposhta's automated logistics and sorting complex in Dnipro. The value of the project was USD 43.9 million.
