She has extensive experience representing Ukrainian and international companies in cross-border disputes, supporting international contracts, conducting legal due diligence and structuring international legal relations. She advises clients on private international law, asset protection and the management of legal risk in international projects.
She combines deep expertise in international law with a practical understanding of business processes, ensuring effective protection of clients' interests in the international arena.
She is a member of the interdepartmental working group on Ukraine's EU accession negotiations and the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU law. She represents Dynasty Law & Investment in the international Ally Law network and takes part in developing professional cooperation between Ukrainian and foreign law firms.

International commercial arbitration in an EU country
Represented a national metallurgical producer in an international commercial arbitration in one of the EU countries. Provided full legal support of the dispute, developed the procedural strategy and coordinated the work of an international team. The arbitration ruled in the client's favour.
Due diligence for a multinational insurance holding
Coordinated comprehensive legal due diligence of a Ukrainian insurance company in preparation for a cross-border acquisition of corporate rights. Ensured effective interaction with the international client, organized the collection of information and prepared a detailed legal opinion that became the basis for the investment decision.
Protecting intellectual property rights
Represented a national importer of consumer goods in a dispute over the infringement of intellectual property rights. Implemented a set of out-of-court and judicial measures that stopped the unlawful use of the intellectual-property object and recovered compensation for the rights holder.
